Experience: 6 to 10 years in International SAP Staffing / IT Staffing Sales
🔹 About the Role -
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager – SAP Staffing to expand our international client base. This is a pure hunting role focused on new client acquisition, revenue growth, and global market exposure.
If you thrive on closing SAP staffing deals, working with overseas clients, and building high-value partnerships, this role is made for you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities -
Acquire new international clients for SAP staffing services
Sell contract, permanent, and offshore SAP resources
Drive opportunities across SAP skills including:
S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, ABAP, BTP, BASIS, CPI
Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with end clients, partners, and system integrators
Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
🔹 What We’re Looking For -
Proven experience in international SAP staffing sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
Existing client or vendor network is a strong advantage
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment
