Job Summary -
We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Consultant to design, develop, and support integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). The candidate will work closely with functional and technical teams to integrate SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and high system reliability.
Key Responsibilities -
- Design, develop, and deploy integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI
- Integrate SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.) with third-party applications
- Work with adapters such as HTTP, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP, AS2
- Develop and enhance Groovy scripts, message mappings, and value mappings
- Handle exception management, error handling, retries, and alerts
- Monitor integrations using SAP CPI monitoring tools and resolve issues
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT/production issues
- Optimize performance and ensure secure integrations
- Prepare technical documentation and solution design documents
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications -
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Experience in SAP CPI (Cloud Integration)
- Strong knowledge of SAP Integration Suite
- Hands-on experience with iFlow development and deployment
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, XSLT, REST, SOAP, OData
- Experience with Groovy scripting in CPI
- Understanding of SAP security concepts (OAuth, certificates, user roles)
- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have) -
- Experience with SAP PI/PO migration to CPI
- Knowledge of API Management and Event Mesh
- Experience with BTP services
- Exposure to EDI, AS2, and B2B integrations
- SAP CPI certification
