Senior Computer Vision / Image Processing Engineer - 5 YOE

Roles and Responsibilities :

● Design and implement end-to-end image pipelines, including

preprocessing,segmentation, and detection

● Develop software-based color correction techniques using statistical or ML

approaches (e.g., Gray World, SVM, SVR)

● Apply morphological operations (erosion, dilation, interpolation) for noise

and artifact removal

● Implement and optimize image segmentation techniques, including:

- Classical methods (Active Contour / Snake models, Watershed)

- Deep learning–based approaches (UNet, UNet++, or similar)

● Customize, fine-tune, and optimize real-time object detection models

(preferably YOLO family) for domain-specific use cases

● Work with large-scale image datasets, contributing to annotation protocol

design and tooling

● Collaborate closely with ML and product teams during experimentation and

validation phases.

Required Skills :

● Strong experience in Computer Vision and Image Processing

● Hands-on expertise with OpenCV, Python, and deep learning frameworks

● Proven experience in segmentation and object detection

● Strong understanding of image quality correction and optimization

techniques

● Experience working in R&D or experimentation-heavy environments.

Nice to Have :

● Experience in medical imaging or healthcare AI

● Prior work in early-stage R&D or prototyping environments

● Strong documentation and collaboration skills

● Ability to start immediately or within short notice
