Job Description :

We are seeking a senior ML/DL Engineer 5YOE to lead core algorithm

development, focusing on model training, optimization, and multi-modal feature

fusion across image and text data.

Roles and Responsibilities :

● Design, train, and optimize complex neural networks, including:

- CNNs for image-based tasks

- Graph-based models (GCN or similar)

- Advanced architectures such as KAN or equivalent

● Fine-tune large pre-trained models on small, specialized datasets (image +

clinical/text descriptors)

● Implement feature selection techniques (LASSO Regression, Random

Forest, etc.) to remove redundant or insignificant features

● Design and implement multi-modal fusion architectures combining image

and text data

● Define and optimize custom loss functions enforcing cross-modal

consistency and complementary learning

● Evaluate models using task-specific metrics for classification,

segmentation, and object detection

● Support multi-label classification strategies and guide data annotation

approaches.

Required Skills & Experience :

● Strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning

● Hands-on experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow

● Proven expertise in model optimization and performance evaluation

● Experience with multi-modal learning (image + text)

● Ability to work independently in an R&D-focused, fast-iteration setup.

Nice to Have :

● Experience in medical imaging or healthcare AI

● Prior work in early-stage R&D or prototyping environments

● Strong documentation and collaboration skills

● Ability to start immediately or within short notice
