Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP CRM Developer with strong expertise in SAP CRM technical development. The candidate should have hands-on experience in enhancing CRM functionalities, working with Web UI, middleware, and integration scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance applications in SAP CRM using ABAP
- Work on CRM Web UI components (BSP, UI enhancements, configuration)
- Design and implement custom reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements
- Handle CRM Middleware (BDocs, queues, replication issues)
- Work on BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, and Smart Forms
- Integrate CRM with SAP ECC / S4 / external systems
- Debug and resolve production issues
- Participate in requirement gathering and technical design discussions
- Ensure code quality and performance optimization
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in ABAP (RICEF objects)
- Hands-on experience in SAP CRM Technical
- Experience in:
- CRM Web UI (BSP Component Workbench)
- Middleware (BDoc, SMQ1/SMQ2, R3AC*)
- One Order Framework
- Knowledge of:
- Enhancements (BADI, User Exits)
- Smart Forms / Adobe Forms
- RFC, IDoc, Web Services
- Debugging skills in CRM environment
Good to Have:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration
- Knowledge of OData / APIs
- Exposure to SAP Integration Suite / CPI
- Basic functional understanding of CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing)
