Key Responsibilities -

SAP CAR Expertise: Implement and configure SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) with UDF (Unified Demand Forecast) functionality for retail and fashion operations.

POS Integration: Design and optimize POSDTA (Point-of-Sale Data Transfer and Audit) processes for real-time transaction data flow between POS systems and SAP CAR.

Retail Process Enablement: Configure and support SAP IS Retail modules for pricing, promotions, assortment, and inventory management tailored to fashion and lifestyle business models.

Data Analytics & Forecasting: Utilize CAR analytics and UDF for demand forecasting, replenishment, and operational efficiency improvements.

Project Delivery: Lead requirement gathering, blueprinting, functional specifications, configuration, testing, and go-live activities for UAE-based projects.

Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements and troubleshoot issues, ensuring system stability and scalability.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, IT, and third-party vendors to deliver integrated solutions aligned with UAE compliance and retail best practices.

Mandatory Skills -

SAP CAR (UDF): Strong hands-on experience in CAR configuration, UDF setup, and POSDTA integration.

SAP IS Retail: Deep knowledge of retail-specific processes including promotions, pricing, and assortment planning.

Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and middleware tools (SAP PI/PO, CPI).

UAE Project Experience: At least 2 end-to-end implementations in UAE with localization and compliance expertise.

Fashion & Lifestyle Domain: Understanding of retail operations for fashion and luxury goods.

Preferred Qualifications -

SAP CAR Certification.

Experience with SAP F&R (Forecasting & Replenishment) and SAP HANA.

Knowledge of AI/ML-based demand forecasting in retail.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have -

Exposure to SAP Commerce Cloud and Omnichannel retail solutions.

Experience in Agile/ASAP methodologies.
