Role Overview -

We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead and oversee testing activities for SAP S/4HANA rollouts, upgrades, and migrations. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities -

Test Strategy & Execution:

Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies for SAP S/4HANA projects including rollouts, upgrades, and migrations.

Environment & Data Management:

Manage test environments, coordinate test data provisioning, and oversee test automation frameworks to ensure efficient and repeatable testing processes.

Collaboration & Scenario Definition:

Work closely with functional and technical teams to define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Tool Utilization:

Leverage tools such as SAP Test Automation, CAST AIP, and Celonis for quality assurance, process mining, and defect tracking.

Regression Testing:

Drive regression testing for quarterly SAP upgrades, ensuring coverage across Fiori applications and custom developments.

Reporting & Risk Management:

Monitor and report test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and transparency.

Compliance & Security:

Ensure all testing activities comply with IT standards, data privacy regulations, and security protocols.

Qualifications -

Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA testing and test management.

Strong understanding of SAP modules, Fiori apps, and custom developments.

Hands-on experience with test automation and QA tools (SAP Test Automation, CAST AIP, Celonis).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of IT compliance and security standards.
